Using this website, submitting a form, or booking a call does not create  a client relationship, service obligation, deadline, or deliverable requirement. No work begins, no deadlines apply, and no deliverables are owed until a written agreement.

4. Informational Use

Website content, consultations, calls, emails, and general discussions are for informational purposes only unless confirmed in a written agreement. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, financial, or investment advice.

5. Services and Scope

Services are defined in written proposals, service agreements, or statements of work. Website content, discussions, or calls do not constitute a final agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and appropriate permissions. You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and maintaining secure accounts, permissions and backups.

You may not upload or ask us to process sensitive or regulated data you lack authority to share. You may not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, infringement, or misuse of third-party data.

8. AI-Assisted Outputs and Human Review

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable without human review. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving and deciding whether to use any AI-assisted outputs.

After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final deliverables for your internal business purposes, unless a written proposal, SOW, invoice, or signed agreement says otherwise.

13. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payment terms are defined in proposals or invoices. Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written proposal or invoice. Missed calls or late cancellations may be subject to rescheduling fees or delays

14. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, savings, rankings, AI accuracy, or performance results. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in King County, Washington

17. Separate Agreement Controls

If a separate written proposal, SOW, invoice, or signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the seperate written agreement controls.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
